About the Journal

Clean and Sustainable Production is a peer-reviewed, open-access international journal that publishes original research articles, reviews, and conceptual studies in the fields of cleaner production, environmental management, and sustainability. The journal of Clean and Sustainable Production is published biannually (January and July) and adheres to a double-blind peer-review process to ensure the highest academic and ethical standards.

The journal of Clean and Sustainable Production provides a scholarly platform for the dissemination of research on sustainable management processes, including theoretical frameworks, modelling, production systems, and assessment approaches. Its interdisciplinary scope spans strategic marketing, human resource management, finance, operations, and tourism and hospitality management, emphasizing the integration of sustainability principles into organizational and societal contexts.

By fostering collaboration among scholars, practitioners, and policymakers, Clean and Sustainable Production contributes to advancing the global discourse on sustainability science and supports the achievement of long-term environmental, economic, and social goals.

All submitted manuscripts must conform to the Clean and Sustainable Production policies as described in the Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement based on the COPE’s Best Practice Guidelines, the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), and the Open Access Scholarly Publishing Association (OASPA) for principles of transparency and best practice for scholarly publications.
